A general meeting will be held with all grade 12 students and their parents to discuss plans for the high school graduation ceremony.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for the school, students and parents to discuss and coordinate the major activities planned to celebrate this historic milestone.

- Graduation Trip: A special trip will be planned for the graduating class to give students the opportunity to celebrate, bond, and create lasting memories together as they conclude their Barstow journey.
- Graduation Dinner: A formal graduation dinner will bring together the graduating students, parents, school leadership, teachers, and invited guests to celebrate the achievements and journey of the first graduating class.
- Graduation & Awards Ceremony: The culminating event will be the First Barstow School Ghana High School Graduation and Awards Ceremony.
